Slow Connection or JavaScript Disabled? Go to the Site Maps.
The menus use a computer language called JavaScript.
JavaScript is used by most websites.
For example, when I renew a book online at my library, JavaScript is used.

You can't use the menus if JavaScript is disabled on your browser.
So, you can use the site maps.
Or, with a couple of clicks, you can easily enable JavaScript.
Find your browser below, and follow the directions.
1) Click Tools on the menu.
2) Click Internet Options.
3) Click the Security tab.
4) Click Custom Level.
5) Scroll down to Scripting, and select Enable under Active Scripting.
6) Click OK.

4) Click the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript.
5) Click OK.

2) Click Preferences.
3) Click Security.
4) Click the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript.

5) Click the Enable JavaScript checkbox.
