Be sure to retain the serial numbers (aka CD key and product key) of your software.

If you don't, you may have difficulty with:

• Upgrades.

• Reinstallation of software after a computer crash.

• Installation on a new computer.

Where's the Serial Number?

If you downloaded the software, the serial number may be included in a confirmation e-mail.

If the software is on a disc, the serial number is probably on the disc, disc case, front or back page of the manual, or on a certificate.

Often, if you go to Help > About, the serial number is displayed.

Go to Help > System Info for your serial number.
