You can download and use the spreadsheet below to determine the image size on your prints.
There are also tables with common border sizes.
Spreadsheet
The spreadsheet is an Excel spreadsheet.
Excel is part of Microsoft Office (Windows), iWork (Mac), and may also be opened with OpenOffice.

Do This
1) Enter the paper size (the red numeral 1, below).
2) Enter the size of the left and right borders (the cyan 2).
The spreadsheet computes the image size for you (the green 3 and circles).
Lightroom values are located in the pink table.
Tables
First, select the table for the left and right border size that you want: 0, .25, .5, or 1 inch.
In that table, look for the paper size that you're using in the first column.
The image size is in the last column.
