Grab a Video Frame

You can easily grab a frame from a video.

At the top of your screen, go to File > Import > Frame From Video.

Do the following.

1) Click Browse to navigate to the video.

2) Click Play.

3) Click Grab Frame.

Supported video formats include the following.

• .asf

• .avi

• .mpeg

• .mpg

• .m1v

• .wmv
