Do the following to open a file from Bridge.
Double click on a file or thumbnail to open it in Photoshop Elements.
If the photograph opens in Preview or iPhoto instead of Photoshop Elements, do the following.
Go to Bridge > Preferences > File Type Associations.
Change the program that is used to open the file to Photoshop Elements.
Thumbnails are located in Bridge.
The actual files are not located in Bridge.
Rather, they're probably located in Pictures.
You can use Bridge to navigate to where a file is located.
Select the file and go to File > Reveal in Finder.
