Image: Reveal All & Scale

The Image menu, at the top of your screen, as you arcane commands under Resize.

Reveal All

When you're rotating, straightening, or creating a collage, portions of a layer may extend outside of the canvas.

To see everything, go to Image > Resize > Reveal All.

Scale

If you go to Image > Resize > Scale, you'll see an options bar that's identical to the Free Transform tool.

Go to Transform.
