4 - Common Color Spaces

The two most common color spaces are sRGB and

Adobe RGB.

sRGB

The sRGB color space is used for:

1) Websites

2) Prints that are made by most labs or those made with most home printers.

Adobe RGB

For higher quality prints, photographers use the Adobe RGB color space, if they're using a professional lab or a sophisticated home printer.

You can see how the Adobe RGB color space is larger, has a wider range of colors, than does the sRGB color space.
