To use printer profiles on your own printer, do the following.
1) In Photoshop Elements, go to File > Print, or press Ctrl + p.
2) Look for the Color Management section.
In earlier versions of Photoshop Elements, you must select Show More Options.
3) Select a profile in the Printer Profile box.
Use the profile that best matches your printer, ink set, and paper.
You'll also have to set the rendering intent, which will discussed after looking at using profiles with a lab.
