Hidden Files & Folders

If you're using Windows, and can't find certain folders on your computer, that's because the folders are hidden.

Change your folder preferences to show the hidden folders.

XP & Vista

Do the following.

1) Press the Windows key (flag icon) + e.

Explorer will open.

2) Click Tools

3) Click Folder Options.

4) Click the View tab.

5) In the Advanced settings box, scroll down until you find Hidden files and folders.

6) Select Show hidden files and folders.

7) Click Apply.

8) Click OK.
