When you open Photoshop Elements, the Welcome window opens.
You can create Desktop shortcuts to go directly to the Organizer and to Full Edit.
Do the following.
If you can't find the folders below on your computer, go to Hidden Files & Folders.
1) To create a Desktop shortcut to the Organizer, navigate using this path:
6.0 & & 7.0: C: > Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop Elements x.0
8.0: C: > Program Files > Adobe > Elements Organizer 8.0
2) Right click on PhotoshopelementsOrganizer.exe.
3) Click Send To.
4) Click Desktop (create shortcut).
5) To create a Desktop shortcut to Full Edit, navigate using this path:
6.0 & & 7.0: C: > Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop Elements x.0
8.0: C: > Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop Elements 8.0
5) Right click on PhotoshopelementsEditor.exe.
5) Click Send To.
6) Click Desktop (create shortcut).
7) Go to your Desktop and change the names of the two shortcuts to Organizer and Full Edit.
If you want to place the shortcuts in the Start menu, repeat the above steps.
But, click Pin to Start Menu instead of Desktop (create shortcut).
If you want to place the shortcuts on the Taskbar, repeat the above steps.
But, click Pin to Taskbar instead of Desktop (create shortcut).
