You'll know more about who you are as a photographer and where you want to go next.

Your Creative Energy Questionnaire answers are not sent to me unless you:

1) Click Save your responses so far at the bottom of each page.

2) Click submit at the end of the Creative Energy Questionnaire.

Your Creative Energy Questionnaire is anonymous unless you:

1) Enter your name and e-mail address if you save an unfinished Creative Energy Questionnaire.

You can save an unfinished Creative Energy Questionnaire with any name and no e-mail address.

3) Enter your name and e-mail address at the end of the Creative Energy Questionnaire.

While security is in place, please don't write anything in the Creative Energy Questionnaire that can't be shared with others.

You can save your Creative Energy Questionnaire temporarily.

Click Save Survey and Return.

When you come back to work on your Creative Energy Questionnaire, click Load Unfinished Survey at the bottom of the page.

If you would like to print your answers, click submit at the end of the Creative Energy Questionnaire.

There's no need to fill in your name, etc.

A window will appear.

Click Click here to print your answers.

You can print out a copy of the Creative Energy Questionnaire to be filled in by hand.
